English Listening Game is a fun and educational game that tests your listening comprehension skills. Your task is to listen to audio passages and answer questions about what you heard.
Game Rules:
- Click the audio button to listen to a passage
- The audio will play only once, so listen carefully!
- Read the question and select the correct answer from the options
- Click Submit to check your answer
- You have a limited time to answer each question
- You have 3 lives for each level - you lose a life if you make a mistake or run out of time
- The game ends when you lose all your lives
- As you advance in levels, the timer gets progressively faster and questions become more challenging
Scoring:
- Correct answer: +10 points × current level
- Streak bonus: +2 points for each correct answer in a row
- Level up: Every 5 correct answers
- Wrong answer: Lose a life and streak resets to 0
Difficulty Levels:
- Primary 1-2: Simple passages with basic vocabulary and clear pronunciation
- Primary 3-4: Short passages about familiar topics
- Primary 5-6: Longer passages with some complex language
- Secondary 1-2: Passages on various topics with academic content
- Secondary 3-4: Complex passages with detailed information
- Secondary 5-6: Advanced content with specialized vocabulary
